Haven’t written anything this week. Not much to say other than 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
So nauseous. All the time.
I’ve been in bed most of the time. It’s hard to be near the kids because as it turns out, you know what makes nausea worse? Whining. Crying. Yelling. Kids running around. Nonstop talking about Hot Wheels cars. 😳
It’s been hard to text because looking at my phone too much also makes me nauseous. Sorry if anyone texted me this week and I never got back to you!
I finally feel a tiny bit better today. Not good, by any means, but a small improvement. I’ll take it. 👍🏻
Sounds like it has been a tough week but hopefully you are on the other side of the effects. Tiny progress is a good thing. May the sunshine help to warm your soul. : )

Dear Sal,
My advice: accept any help that is offered. If you can’t spend a lot of quality time (or any type of time!) with the kids, that has got to be okay right now. At the moment, taking care of yourself is your job. It will pay off later, when you are on the other side of all this misery. Do only what you can do, and do what you need to do, and you will get through this. You are strong. I am sending love through the ether!

Thanks Lucy ❤️ It’s so hard. I’m not helping with the kids, I’m not spending time with them, all the work falls on Eric and my parents. On top of feeling like shit, the guilt doesn’t help. But you’re right, just gotta do what I can and focus on me resting and getting better so I can be on the other side of it!
